Dear customers,

We kindly request that you ALWAYS CHECK THE CONDITION OF THE DELIVERED SHIPMENT (ENTIRE PALLETS, PACKAGING, CARTONS) upon receipt.

When accepting a shipment, please check:

• whether the packaging is damaged (crushed or torn cartons, torn stretch tape, damaged pallet)
• if the goods are visible, check the condition of the goods (damaged frame on the inspection door, punctured plasterboard, bent aluminium corners, etc.)
