CNC milling
Milling is a machine-based metal cutting process using a multi-bladed tool, where the main movement (rotational) is performed by the tool and the secondary movement (feed, traverse) by the workpiece. It is typically performed in three axes, while multi-axis machining centres operate in more than three axes. Milling is divided into co-rotational, where the tool rotates in the direction of movement of the table with the workpiece, and non-co-rotational, where the opposite is true. As in all industries, there are constant innovations in the field of chip machining, both in terms of hardware (machines and tools) and software (CAM systems), and it is necessary to follow these developments in order to increase productivity and thus competitiveness.
We manufacture parts for the automotive industry. The parts are manufactured on tools that were produced in our tool shop.
