3D laser cutting
Cutting materials using a laser beam is one of the most common industrial applications today. It is also widely used in the processing of metal materials. The advantages of laser cutting include speed, thin cutting joints, high precision and contactless material processing. Currently, it is far ahead of conventional techniques in terms of process efficiency.
Robot from ABB / IRB 4600
Laser device Fiber 1000W
Cutting up to 8 mm thick material (steel)
Process gas oxygen and nitrogen
Welding of steel and aluminium Robot
movement in 6 axes
The advantage of this 3D laser is the possibility of machining parts (pipes, square tubes, sheets, etc.) after their forming (bending) and the possibility of working on a static, 360° positioning table and a rotary positioner, where the robot works on one side and the operator can load on the other side.
We use the RobotStudio ABB programme for programming.
